Tenants can report a problem at home and follow its progress from the tenant portal.
Step 1: Go to Maintenance
Sign in and click Maintenance in the left menu. The Request Maintenance button on your dashboard takes you to the same place. All your existing requests show here.

Step 2: Start a new request
Click + Create Maintenance at the top right of the Maintenance Request page.

Step 3: Fill in the details

- Category: pick the type of problem from the dropdown, for example Plumbing.
- Title: enter a short title, for example "Kitchen sink leaking".
- Description: describe the problem as fully as you can. Say where it is, when it started and anything you've noticed.
- Attachments: drag and drop photos or click Browse File. The maximum file size is 50MB.
- Click + Create to send the request, or Cancel if you change your mind.
Tracking your request
Your request list has tabs so you can see where each one is:
- Open: received and waiting to be handled
- Contractor Assigned: someone has been assigned to do the work
- In Progress: the work has started
- Completed and Closed: the work is done
- Archived / Cancelled: requests that were cancelled or archived
Use the Filters button to narrow the list. The table shows each request's ID, Category, Title, Requested Date and Status.
Good to know
- For emergencies such as fire, a gas smell, flooding, no heat or no water, contact your property manager or emergency services right away. Don't rely on the portal for emergencies.
- Your property manager may show an emergency notice on the form with their own instructions.
- Owner and landlord details aren't shown on your request. This is intentional.
- You'll be notified when your property manager updates the status with a note, for example to confirm a visit time.
