Can I edit the invoice from the View Invoice page?

Yes, as long as the invoice still has an outstanding balance.

1. Open the invoice's View Invoice page (Accounting > Invoices and Receipts > three dots > View Invoice).
2. Click the three dots at the top right.
3. Select Edit to change the invoice, or click Record Payment to log a payment. The balance updates right away.

If the invoice is locked

Invoices that are fully paid, or that have a Stripe or ZumRails payment attached, can't be edited.

• Paid manually: delete the payment, make the edit, then record the payment again.
• Paid through a gateway: leave the invoice and correct it with a credit instead.
